Excess moisture trapped within the component may cause internal vapor pressure during solder reflow leading to possible delamination of the die or wire bond.1. Do not store or expose LEDs in an environment where high levels of moisture or corrosive gases are present and keep away from rapid transitions in ambient temperature.
